Sales & Merchandising Associate

We’re looking for someone who can turn that purpose into momentum.

This role is for a proven sales leader who understands fashion, lives retail and e-commerce, and knows how to move product without losing the soul of the brand. You will own sales and merchandising across channels, operating with full accountability and upside.

This is a commission-based role designed for someone confident in their ability to perform.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue across online, retail, pop-ups, and partnerships
  • Lead merchandising strategy, pricing, and product presentation
  • Build and manage retail and wholesale relationships
  • Execute limited drops and sales campaigns
  • Track performance and continuously improve conversion

What You Bring

  • Experience in fashion or apparel sales
  • Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce
  • Proven ability to lead merchandising and sales execution
  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset
  • Genuine alignment with B.’s mission around mental health
